The fickle world of fashion can be incredibly frustrating when trying to figure what’s in, fashionably speaking. Fashionistas of all ages constantly seek the newest, hippest, most in item as quickly as possible, so you may feel like you are in a race to stay on top of the game. If you are wondering what’s in for a given season, look no further than the fashion magazines that flood the newsstand. Regardless if you are a devoted subscriber or possess a passing fancy in fashion, use these great sources to determine what items are considered the hottest for the upcoming season. Also, take a look at stores and the streets to see what people are buying and what they are wearing.
Although the world of fashion may take a drastic turn at any minute, today’s must have items are the following:
1.) Jackets, jackets, jackets to adore
The preppy look is back and jackets, blazers, and coats are now more popular than ever! Look for the classic blazer in unique materials and colors. Consider wearing that super preppy Kelly green corduroy blazer with your favorite, broken in jeans. Look at wearing that super soft velvet chinoise jacket with a dazzling silk skirt for the holiday season. For the chilly days, top a smart sweater with a snuggly down puffer vest for the sporty look that will keep you warm!
2.) Lingerie-inspired tops guarnateed to get you noticed
Whether you are hitting the hottest clubs or going to a business meeting, the hottest word in tops is the lingerie-inspired camis and tanks. These luxurious tops are usually made from supple silk with beading, sequins, embroidery, or lace accents. For the night life, wear these tops alone, but wear them under a great jacket (see above item!) for a hip, layered look. Pick a top in a juicy, vibrant color like apple green or jewel tone burgundy for that special addition to your holiday wardrobe.
3.) Wraps and shrugs, oo-la-la
Keep warm these chilly months while looking your best! Choose a luxurious pashmina wrap to serve as a stunning accessory and keep your bare shoulders warm. The newest trend in tune with the wrap fad is the shrug. This miniature sweater usually only covers the upper arms, either like a traditional sweater or a unique take on a cloak. The shrug provides a bit of warmth, but is mainly used for the fashion statement. For the hottest style of shrug, choose on in a richly dyed faux fur.

Every woman I know is concerned about osteoporosis. Frightening stories equate it with broken hips, bent spines, wheelchairs, and death - things we all want to avoid. What can we do? Should we take calcium supplements? Hormones? Fosamax? Can we rely on our green allies?
The Wise Woman tradition maintains that simple lifestyle choices - including, but not limited to, regular use of nourishing herbal infusions, medicinal herbal vinegars, yogurt, and seaweed - are sufficient to preserve bone and prevent breaks. And, further, that these lifestyle choices produce multiple health benefits, including reduction of heart disease and breast cancer, without the problems and risks associated with taking hormones. As for supplements, as we will see, they do more harm than good.
FORGET OSTEOPOROSIS
First, we must rid ourselves of the idea that osteoporosis is important. In the Wise Woman Tradition, we focus on the patient, not the problem. There are no diseases and no cures for diseases. When we focus on osteoporosis, we cannot see the whole woman. The more we focus on disease - even disease prevention - the less likely we are to know how to nourish health/wholeness/holiness.
In fact, focusing our attention narrowly on the prevention of osteoporosis actually increases the incidence of breast cancer. The postmenopausal women with the highest bone mass are the most likely to be diagnosed with breast cancer. Women who take estrogen replacement to prevent osteoporosis, even for as little as five years, increase their risk of breast cancer by twenty percent; if they take hormone replacement, the risk increases by forty percent.
These risks might be vindicated if we could show a correlation between bone density and bone breakage, but there isn’t one. When I found myself at dinner in 2000 with Susan Brown, director of the Osteoporosis Information Clearing House, I asked her to point me in the direction of any study that shows a clear relationship between osteoporosis and broken bones. She smiled. “There are none.”
“In a recent study,” she continued. “Researchers measured the bone density of people over 65 who had broken bones. Twenty-five percent had osteoporosis. Twenty-five percent had high bone density. And fifty percent had normal density.” Notice that those with high bone density broke their hips as frequently as those with osteoporosis.
GET FLEXIBLE
If osteoporosis isn’t the problem, what is? In a word: inflexibility. Flexible bones bend; stiff bones break. This holds true even if the flexible bone is thin, even if the stiff bone is thick. Think of a piece of dead pine wood. Though it may be thick, it is brittle and breaks easily. Think of a green pine twig. Even a small one is nearly impossible to break. Flexible bones, whether thick or thin, bend rather than break.
Flexibility is synonymous with health in the Wise Woman Tradition. It is created by nourishing and tonifying. Bone flexibility is created by nourishing the bones and tonifying the muscles around them. Tonifying is as important as nourishing, but because we are herbalists, let’s focus on the benefits nourishing herbs offer to women who wish to have strong, flexible bones.
NOURISHING OUR BONES
Old age does not make weak bones. Poor nutrition makes weak bones.
What are bones made of? Like all tissues, they contain protein. They are rich in minerals, not just calcium, but also potassium, manganese, magnesium, silica, iron, zinc, selenium, boron, phosphorus, sulphur, chromium, and dozens of others. And in order to use those minerals, vitamin D must be present and the diet must contain high-quality fats.
Bones Need Protein
I have heard, and no doubt you have too, that animal protein leaches calcium from the bones. This is only half true. All protein, whether from meat, beans, soy, grains, or vegetables, uses calcium in digestion. Protein from soy is especially detrimental to bone health; soy is not only naturally deficient in calcium, it also directly interferes with calcium uptake in the bones. Traditional diets combine protein and calcium (eg, seaweed with tofu, tortillas made from corn ground on limestone with beans, and melted cheese on a hamburger). Protein-rich herbs such as stinging nettle, oatstraw, red clover, and comfrey leaf provide plenty of calcium too, as do yogurt, cheese, and milk (which also provide the healthy fats needed to utilize the minerals). Limiting protein limits bone health. Increasing mineral-rich proteins increases bone health.
Bones Need High-Quality Fats
Hormones are kinds of fats, and cholesterol is the precursor to many of them. Post-menopausal bone problems do not, to my mind, arise from a lack of estrogen, but from a lack of fat. If the diet is deficient in good-quality fats, hormones will be produced in inadequate amounts. And vitamin D, a hormone-like vitamin, will not be utilized well. Further, mineral absorption is dependent on fats. A low-fat diet, in my opinion, makes it quite difficult to have healthy bones.
Bones Need Minerals
Bones do need calcium, and they are the last to get it, so our diets need to be very rich in this mineral. But to focus on calcium to the exclusion of other minerals leads to broken bones, for calcium is brittle and inflexible. Think of a piece of chalk, calcium carbonate, and how easily it breaks. A six-and-a-half year study of 10,000 white women over the age of 65 found that “Use of calcium supplements was associated with increased risk of hip and vertebral fracture; use of Tums antacid tablets was associated with increased risk of fractures of the proximal humerus.” The other minerals found in bone lend it flexibility. When we get our calcium from herbs and foods (containing a multitude of minerals) we nourish healthy bones.
Extracting Minerals
From the Wise Woman perspective, the perfect way to maintain bone health, bone flexibility, and resistance to fracture is to use mineral-rich herbs and foods. Because minerals are bulky and do not compact, we must consume generous amounts to make a difference in our health. Just as eating a teaspoon of carrots is laughable, so is taking mineral-rich herbs in capsule or tincture form. Because minerals are rock-like, we need to break open cell walls to get at them. Raw, fresh foods do not deliver minerals to our bodies.
To extract minerals, we need heat, time, and generous quantities of plant material. I prefer to extract minerals into water or vinegar. To make a nourishing herbal infusion, I pour one quart/liter boiling water over one ounce/30 grams of dried herb in a canning jar, covering it tightly, and letting it brew overnight. In the morning, I strain out the mineral-rich liquid and drink it - over ice or heated, with honey or milk, mixed with black tea, seasoned with mint, spiked with rum, however you want it. You can drink the entire quart in one day, but do finish it within two.
My favorite nourishing herbal infusions are made from oatstraw (Avena sativa) or nettle (Urtica dioica) or red clover (Trifolium pratense) or comfrey leaves (Symphytum uplandica x). I sometimes add a little bit of aromatic herb such as peppermint (Mentha pipperata), lemon balm (Melissa off.), or bergamot (Monarda didyma) to change the flavor.
To extract minerals from fruits and vegetables, I cook them for long periods of time, or until there is color and texture change, evidence that the cell walls have been broken. Kale cooked for an hour delivers far more mineral to your bones than lightly steamed kale. Fresh juices contain virtually no minerals. Cooking maximizes the nutrients available to us, especially the minerals.
Herbs Are Mineral Powerhouses
Eating a cup of cooked greens every day is difficult, even for the most motivated woman. But drinking nourishing herbal infusions, eating seaweeds, and using medicinal herbal vinegars is easy. They are tasty, fun to prepare and use, and add a big nutritional plus with virtually no calories attached. Nourishing herbs and garden weeds are typically far richer in minerals than ordinary foodstuffs. Not only are nourishing herbs exceptional sources of minerals, their minerals are better at preventing bone breaks than supplements.
The ability of herbs to counter osteoporosis may be more complex than their richness of minerals, however. The minerals in green plants seem to be utilized more readily by the body and to be ideal for keeping bones healthy. Dr. Campbell, professor of Nutritional Biochemistry at Cornell University, has done extensive research in rural China where the lowest known fracture rates for midlife and older women were found. He says, “The closer people get to a diet based on plant foods and leafy vegetables, the lower the rates of many diseases, including osteoporosis.”
IN SUMMATION
My own experiences in helping women regain and maintain bone density and flexibility have led me to believe that life-style modifications work exceptionally well for motivated women who wish to avoid the risks and expense of long-term pill use. Nourishing herbal infusions, mineral-rich herbal vinegars, yogurt, and seaweed, combined with attention to tonification of the muscles, unfailingly increases bone density and creates flexible, healthy bones and women.
Green blessings to you all.
8 KEYS TO HEALTHY BONES
1. Good nutrition for your mother while pregnant with you.
2. Good nutrition for you during the formation of your bones.
3. Monthly menses throughout your fertile years, especially before 30.
4. Special attention to maintaining high levels of protein, fat, minerals, and vitamins from herbs and foods in your diet when menses cease during pregnancy, lactation, or after menopause.
5. Regular rhythmical movement, the faster the better, daily.
6. Consistent practice of yoga, tai chi, or any strengthening, opening, flexibility-building discipline.
7. Chop wood, carry water.
8. Eat yogurt.

There are a number of Irish Wedding Rings that include Spirals, Triskeles, and Triquetas, Shield Knots and Sun Symbols. The most popular ring by far is the Irish Claddagh and it is surrounded by a romantic legend.
The Claddagh is as was said, the most popular in Ireland. The ring symbolizes love, friendship , and loyalty. The ring is named for an Irish fishing village. The design of the Claddagh is constructed of two hands holding a heart with a crown on top of it. The hands represent friendship, the heart represents love, and the crown represents loyalty.
Various traditions give different meanings to the ring depending on how it is worn. As a wedding ring it is worn on the left hand with the heart pointing inward to the wrist. As an engagement ring it is on the right hand with the heart pointing inward toward the wrist. For friendship it is worn on the right hand turned outward.
The legend of the Claddagh begins when a fisherman Richard Joyce and other crew members were captured by pirates shortly before Joyce was to be married. He was sold into slavery in Algiers and made the property of a goldsmith who taught him the craft of goldsmith. Joyce became the master of the craft. With is beloved back in Claddagh on his mind he fashioned the first Claddagh ring. The hands were to represent friendship, the heart was love, and the crown represented loyalty and fidelity.
In 1698 King Georges III agreed to free all of his subjects. Richard Joyce was once again free. His slave master offered Joyce his daughter in marriage and half of his wealth if he would stay in Algiers. Joyce refused the offer and instead returned home to Claddagh where he found his love waiting for him. Neither of them had married. Upon discovering this, Joyce gave his love the ring and they were married shortly thereafter.
The ring was dubbed The Claddagh because of the village Joyce and his Bride were from. There were others who made the ring much later and added jewels and an intricate crown design. The basic hands holding a crowned heart has never changed. Joyce wanted something that would his love for his Beloved.
The Claddagh today is as popular as it ever was. The basic design of the ring has not changed but now there is more intricacies in the crown, gemstones or jewels can be used to fashion the heart, and the hands are simply hands. The ring can be made of silver, gold or basically any metal.
The design is the clasped hands of the ‘fede’ or faith rings. These rings date from Roman times and were popular in the Middle Ages. The ring is worn now by many to speak to their Irish heritage. The Claddagh tells the story of two lovers who are separated and yet their love and commitment withstood the passage of time. It’s simple design and my heritage influenced my decision to purchase a Claddagh.

In today’s technologically advanced world more and more people are falling victim to identity theft both online and offline. It was reported by a general accounting office that over 700,000 Americans have their identity stolen every year and that number is expected to rise over time. While many thieves operate online there are still many “dumpster divers” who go through people’s trash cans looking for a credit card statement or a solicitation that someone forgot to tear up. You may be thinking that people don’t do this stuff but there are people who spend a lot of time waiting on someone to forget to shred a piece of their personal information so they can take it and start running up your credit cards and using your social security number. It may be impossible to stop someone from stealing your identity entirely, but there are things that you can do to lower the risk of having it happen.
A simple way to stop thieves from getting your personal information by dumpster diving is to remember to destroy all private records and statements. You can tear the stuff up, but it is best to shred it. Credit card statements, documents with financial information and solicitations all need to be shredded. It is also a good idea to secure your mail, you can do this by emptying your mailbox quickly, lock it or get a P.O box. By securing your mail it will stop thieves from stealing credit card pitches and other financial information. Never mail bills or checks from your home, it is simple for thieves to go through your mail and get a bill or check and change the payee’s name on the check by erasing it with solvent. Mail out all of your bills and checks from the post office since it is the most secure location to do so.
Your social security number should also be protected. You should never carry your social security card with you or any other card that may have your number on it, this includes your heath insurance card. The social security number is the key to all of your information so thieves look for stuff like this. If they get your social security number they can get access to other important information like your credit report and your bank account. Also remember to never leave ATM, credit card or gas receipts behind.
A lot of people have their identities stolen because they fail to educate themselves about who they’re giving their private and financial information to. When someone calls with some kind of special offer or something don’t be quick to give up your information if you’re interested in their offer, first ask them who they are and what company they represent and then do a little research yourself. Don’t ever give up your financial information over the phone. Monitor your credit card, obtain a copy of your credit report annually and review it thoroughly for anything that may look suspicious to you. Also thoroughly review your credit card statement, make sure all of the merchants look familiar and if they don’t, call your credit card company and notify them about the suspicious things on your statement.
There are simple precautions that you can take to stop criminals from obtaining your private information. Be more aware when you use your credit card and don’t forget to shred up all important information that you throw into the trash.

For many years tanning beds were an easy and quick way to get a tan in the middle of winter or when preparing for a tropical getaway. Today, when doctors claim that tanning beds are as dangerous as the sun itself and can cause skin cancer and premature aging, more and more people stay away from tanning beds. However, there are certain benefits from using a tanning bed, especially when protecting the skin with the proper tanning bed lotion.
Tanning bed lotions are used to moisturize the skin and infuse it with antioxidants that diminish and prevent the damage from UVA and UVB rays.
There are also tanning bed lotions that intensify the tanning process. These lotions contain methyl nicotinate that instantly penetrates and activate your melanin cells for a deeper color. Tan activating tanning lotions can also create a warming tingling sensation on the skin to increase the blood flow to the skin surface and speed up the tan. These tanning lotions moisturize the skin with essential oils and skin nourishing vitamins so that your skin looks bronzed and glowing.
Some tanning bed lotions employ another principle: they cool down the skin with mint and cucumber to prevent burns. Even though tanning bed lotions do not shield from the burn that can lead to the skin cancer, they can make it less heat-sensitive. No tanning bed lotions can deal with photosensitivity, which can be caused by medications you are currently taking.
There are special tanning bed lotions for use around eyes. You should always protect your eyes with special goggles that either clip on your nose or are secured with the ribbon. To further protect the fragile skin around your eyes from UVA/UVB damage, you can use tanning bed lotions with anti-oxidants such as grapefruit extract, vitamin E and even caviar proteins.
After-tan lotions are used to cool down and firm the skin, since too much UVA/UVB exposure can disrupt elastin fibers in the skin leading to wrinkles and sagging. Special herbs, essential oils, vitamins and amino acids in these tanning bed lotions form an invisible nourishing cocoon on the skin surface while repairing and preventing further dehydration. Many people prefer to nourish their after-tan skin with simple extra-virgin olive oil which has excellent anti-aging properties.
Even when you use great multi-purpose tanning bed lotions, make sure you still wear a swimsuit or underwear when tanning. If you want to avoid having those tan lines (which is currently very in fashion, implying that you tan naturally on the tropical beach), wear a bandeau-style bra and thongs to prevent the UVA/UVB rays from hitting the areas that are not accustomed to tanning.
Our indoor lifestyles and sunscreens diminish vitamin D production because the body gets vitamin D from UV light and not from foods. Vitamin D can also be derived from indoor tanning beds. Use a common sense and tan wisely and in moderation, and you will look gorgeous and healthy.

Recent detailed GPS readings carried out on the 14-15th Sept have established that Monte Bianco amounts to 4810.7 m. Mount Blanc is veiled by a heavy ice-cap which has grown by 2 m in scarcely two yrs furthermore more surprising the volume of the ice and snow has all but grown twofold . Leastwise that is as reported by the scientists.
The bulk of ice was computed for the inaugural time in 2003. It amounted to 14500 meters cubed above 4750 metres. It amounted to just 13500 metres cubed in 2003 perhaps ascribable to the heat wave with + temperature as high as 4950 meters height. Nonetheless the ice cap has just about increased twofold since then and nowadays measures 24000 cubic meters.
Chamonix village’s reputable local weather man Mary Provencal said the increase in the bulk of the ice-cap is one of the counter intuitive effects of climate change: Snow hasn’t increased overall in the French Alps merely with the climate change we’re seeing added hotter prevailing westerly winds which bestow rain lower down but in summertime this translates to compact snow that rests higher up than 4000 meters altitude therefore the volume of the icecap is growing. Compare that to the state of affairs during winter time where snow crystals are very cold and are transferred by air currents and so don’t rest on the peak.
Chamonix ski resort is not only renowned for Mont Blanc it is also a world renowned snowboarding town and climbing center with lot’s of ski finds and self catered chalets to be found. Furthermore at just 1 hour from Geneva airport it is perfect for a ski weekend.

Signs are made to be read, understood, and followed by people. We should follow signs. We are not to work against it. Otherwise, we are just defeating its purpose.
In the many places in the world, road signs are scattered everywhere to guide all people. In the streets, you will see signs that are very big and obvious. Some people may wonder why it is so. Others may think that it is to emphasize what it says.
But even though those signs are that big, we still get to see a lot of people not following it probably because they do not get to understand what it says or the just prefer to break it. Their reason for this is: “almost everybody’s doing it” or “nobody’s watching us”. It is so sad that most of the people choose to break signs because of that reason.
What for have those signs? Others may say that it is better to have some than to have none at all. But, do those ’some’ does any better? I do not think so. These signs are merely decorations for some people. They take signs so lightly. They do not tend to take it seriously up to the extent that when they see this sign ‘do not cross here, it’s deadly’, they just ignore it. They won’t be afraid to cross a road not using the pedestrian lane unless something bad happens to them or they see one gets caught by a policeman or traffic enforcer.
Most people are hard-headed when it comes to following sign. One good example is a bus driver who stays on the right lane and does not turn right even if there is a sign which says “all vehicles on the right lane must turn right”.
These are just few of the examples of how people read signs.

Crystals, as we know them in their industrial applications were discovered in the 17th century. They are traditionally hand blown. Crystals are manufactured through the same process as that of glass forming; the only difference is that instead of soda ash, lead oxide is used. For glass to be considered crystal, it must be at least 10 % lead. The result is a heavier, clearer and more lustrous glass-like substance. It can be cut to take many shapes and forms — making it ideal for many applications, including fashion accessories.
The quality of crystals is judged by the pitch of the “ping” or the sound that is produced when you strike the crystal with a flick of the finger or a light instrument. The higher the pitch of the sound it produces, the greater is the quality of the crystal.
There are many uses or applications for crystals. Fro example, crystals are used in transistors. In the jewelry business, there are 200 known kinds that are used. They are also used in the watch industry. The face of the watch or its dial cover is technically known as the “crystal,” rightly so because it is made of crystal.
There are three types or kinds of crystal used as covers for watch dials. The first is the cheapest kind and is used in most common watches. This is the acrylic crystal- that resembles the characteristics of plastic. But like plastic, it gets scratched easily. The second kind is the mineral crystal, which is harder than the acrylic crystal and therefore more resistant to scratches too. It is made from heat treating many kinds of elements. The heat enforces the hardness of the material. The most expensive of the three watch faces is the sapphire crystal. It prevents scratches 20 times better than the acrylic crystals and three times better than the sapphire crystals.

White metals such as silver and palladium mixed with gold produces an alloy known as white gold. As with gold, white gold can be found in any carat measurement up to 21 carats. Basically, the amount of gold is the same but the alloy is different. White gold was originally developed as a substitute for platinum.
Traditionally nickel was used in white gold. However, nickel is no longer used as the studies found that nickel can cause reactions with some people. Initially, white gold rings are electro-plated with another white metal called Rhodium, a metal very much similar to platinum, when they are new. This makes the white gold look whiter since the original color of white metal is slightly gray. This process is called rhodium plating. To keep a white gold ring looking new, it should be re-rhodium plated approximately each 12 to 18 months.
White gold men’s wedding bands are increasingly popular as they are often used to enhance diamonds and other gemstones. However, it is suggested to check with the retailer that the alloy is nickel-free.
Since the white metal is an alloy, it is very hard and durable. Hence it is preferred in the wedding bands by a number of men presently. However, there is an equal demand for cheaper alternatives to white gold than the palladium whites which are nickel-free. Many new alloys in the current market rely on manganese additions as the main whitener. Some of these are palladium-free while others are low palladium alloys. Chromium and iron can also be used as whiteners. However, they tend to be hard and so this makes it more difficult to process. However, most of these alloys are not a good white color and so require rhodium plating, and many suffer cracking problems and tarnishing.

Getting best Satellite TV deal has never been easier with the online facility available at the hit of your fingertips. Why take pain visiting personally to the Satellite TV stores wasting a lot of time and energy when you can get all sorts of information relating to satellite TV deals right on your computer screen in the comfort of your home.
And if you were still unmoved, the avalanche of discounts, freebies and gifts that are given for online deal would definitely rock you. The online transaction cut down operating expenses drastically and the retailers’ pass on this benefit to their consumers for remaining one up against their rivals. So what is holding you to experience the unique combination of entertainment and the technology and surprisingly at the price that you would jump for joy.
Competition Is Here To Stay And So Are The Benefits
There is another good news for the new entrants. Satellite TV companies like Dish Network and DirecTV will even go to the extent of giving the satellite deal at free of cost. If the word `free’ makes you cynical, you are not wrong yet not right too.
What does it mean? We all know people are in business to make money and not just to have your `thank you’. But do not forget getting a customer entails some expenses, which companies incur in the form of advertisement and sales promotions etc. You might get equipments and other services absolutely free of cost but in return you might have to take full year subscription. This is a win-win situation. Isn’t it?
Besides the subscription charges, there are various other factors which should be detailed into before zeroing on any one Satellite TV provider like the number of channels, quality of sound and picture reception, availability of any specific channel, equipment availability, customer care service etc.
Before analyzing these factors one by one, you might find it a Herculean task to choose two or three for comparisons amidst so many satellite TV providers competing with each other. Just to ease down your problem, we suggest you could limit your research to the two largest satellite TV providers namely Dish Network and Direct TV.
First you need to have required equipment installed at your premises. Though you are free to choose equipment from wherever you like, but some Satellite TV providers like Dish Network insists for their own equipment. The reason behind the logic is simple. They want the entire process to go trouble-free without going into blame game. DirecTV however gives you full freedom for choosing equipment.
You get sales promotion benefits from Disk Network and DirecTV from time to time but in their own style. While you receive some premium channels for a few months as a free gift from DirecTV, Dish Network gives you credit of 2-3 months subscription.
If you are too crazy about the quality of picture and sound, go for HD TV and the best choice is Dish Network as they are the one who invented it though both companies provide around 8-18 channels for HD TV. The competition is neck to neck, literally.
Dish Network that boasts of another feature is recording facility that makes sure you do not lose your favorite program missing out due to time constraint. DirecTV is working towards providing high-speed Internet at an affordable price through its mega project SPACEWAY.
There are over 150 channels that will give you fulsome entertainment and here choice of either of these two does not make any difference. But if you are looking for some specific channels like sports channels or local channels put your finger on DirecTV without thinking twice. However, Dish Network is making inroads in the heart of US audience with its regional channels like Bridge TV or movie channels and news channels that will keep you informed of the latest all the time.
In nutshell we would say that fierce competition has made the Satellite TV entertainment quite affordable. As one tries to outsmart other with new marketing policy, the other evens with its own and the process of qualitative improvement of the services keep go on and the customer is set to sit at the top.
